Recumbent bike 30 minutes. Eventually I want to work my way up to doing my hour-long exercise tapes and start working out with weights again.

Walked 6.5 miles this morning, it's still pretty nice out, so I'm heading out for another 6 or 7.

Walked to the gym (2.5 miles) and back...while there lifted weights.  Will take another 7 miles later tonight.  Lost 5 pounds this week.
