OFFLINE | Ok, I haven't posted in here for a while, but I have to tell you all.....you are amazing! You guys inspire me!
Part of the reason for me not posting is I keep a daily training journal, and it gets repititious afterwhile. I will say karate ROCKS! I'm in a good place with it and I love it. Looking to start weapons training soon, just not sure what I want to try ie; nun-chuk, bo (staff) etc. |

OFFLINE | I've walked into town and back a few times...about 6-7 miles each time. Lost 3 more pounds this week...making 15 for the month. |

OFFLINE | Rode bike 30 minutes. I have not been consistent with my exercise and it shows. Somehow need to get rid of this holiday weight that crept on. |
