Several walks this week, including a 14-miler on Monday...but most in the 5-7 mile range.  Lost another 2 pounds this week.

Surprisingly enough the way we dance is actually a pretty good workout...a lot of spinning and it can get fast paced at times...and when you do several songs in a row....it's pretty good...I enjoy it

Wednesday and last night that's what we did  : )

Thursday was weights...

Friday was our normal routine he ran/I rode the bike I believe it was around 7-8 miles...lost track

Not sure about today....maybe weights
