OFFLINE | We've been working out a bit slower since Mark's surgery last Tuesday, but started right back into it ...
Yesterday we did our normal weights and then went dancing, although didn't dance as much ...
Tonight we will go for a walk on the Seawall to try to get his knee built back up ... |

OFFLINE | Exercising at 8500 ft. elevation is interesting. It's amazing how easily winded you can get when there is about 50 percent less ozygen than anything below 1000 ft. I've been at 7000 ft before and you can even tell the difference in that altitude. But I have hit the treadmill and elliptical trainer and did some dumbbell workouts. Also been on several hikes these past 6 weeks. About 16 more weeks up here. |
................ Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming... "WOO HOO what a ride!"
