That's GREAT Michele!  

Went CW dancing last evening which actually is a little bit of a workout...today my guess is we will hit the gym or he'll job and I'll bike alongside...I'll check back...

Hour at the gym Saturay...(45 minutes on the treadmill)...(15 minutes weights) then Dancing (country/western)

Hour on the bike Sunday (5 miles)

Walked 4 miles...stopped by the gym and lifted weights and rode stationary bike for 30 minutes.
................
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming... "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Walked 6.5 miles.  And joined Weight Watchers online.

30 minutes recumbent bike. Need to work my way up to being able to do my exercise videos again. Man am I out of shape! Yesterday, I attempted to do my Tae Bo Cardio with resistance bands and could only get through 11 minutes so I went and did 30 minutes on the bike.

Awwww...forgot about this thread (sorry Michele...)  I'll catch up....

Sunday... 45 min treadmill 3.25 miles ...15 min weights

Tuesday... hour bike 5 miles

Wednesday... Dancing...    C/W and I do get a workout...

Thursday... 60 min treadmill 4 miles (while talking on the phone the last 30 minutes...HEY...it's gotta count for something...LOL)

Friday... Dancing...  always puts a smile on...

opps me too ..... mon/ wed / friday are gym days this week  ... routine is cardio 20 minutes / then weight training on varies machines  20 minutes / 20 minutes cardio.   Last Weekend I rode my bike sat morning and took a  walk sunday afternoon on a trail near my home.  Tuesday and Thursday I  took evening power walks.
