 OFFLINE | Believe it or not.... the folks at Verizon and Farmers Insurance
- I went down to Verizon to complain (they still hadn't changed the name on my aircard account). They quickly changed the name and switched the aircard to my cell phone account (no charge) which I have been trying to do for over 2 years now! They also looked at my account and showed me a new card and plan that saves me money. I had been planning to go to a new carrier in October when my contract is up because I thought they were too high. So, I'm saving money ahead of time. And they waived the fees for upgrading to the new card. Yee Haw!
And Farmers.... got my bill and there was a name change goof up (half was changed, half was not) so I went to change that. Not only did they fix that little snafu, but they took a look at my coverage and found a couple of ways to save a few bucks. This wasn't even my agent! Guess what? She is now!!!
