I'm getting Mortal Kombat as well. I'm looking for a decent, yet not expensive, joystick controller still. I played the demo using my regular PS3 controller, and it was pretty difficult.

I'm just hoping that the learning curve for MK is relatively low and therefore unlike the annoying as **** Street Fighter series where you're required to have the reflexes and coordination of an Asian chef w/ cooking utensils otherwise this will be money wasted. If it's one thing I hate about the fighting game genre is that a lot of developers seem to cater to the would be college physics majors of the world when it comes to these games. In other words, I don't want to have to feel like I ought to be high on meth, coke, and caffeinated energy drinks just to be able to pull off combos while I'm competing against the computer or other players.

One thing I've learned about fighting games, if you are up against other players who have joysticks, and you are using a regular controller, you will get your ass handed to you.

Oh don't I know it! lol.. having observed my eldest nephew on occasion while he was playing Street Fighter for PS3, the kid practically had his custom joystick w/ the six buttons carefully laid out on a snack table like he was practicing for an arm wrestling tournament or something. I swear the intensity he invested into his gaming session was like akin to witnessing a russian preparing for a chess game to be scheduled behind the iron curtain so to speak. After seeing the **** he was pulling off against other on-line players I got disgusted and had to leave. It was like being the token dude with the small **** at a bukkake party.

Am I the only guy or person that finds it creepy or seriously wrong for a dude in his 30's to be messing around with a girl who is just 19 years old? I mean, granted the girl may be above the age of consent or whatever but what if that particular girl was naive enough to think she's getting more out of it than just a fling?

No you're not, and in fact, I use to know someone who married a 19 year old when he was in his 30s. Needless to say, it didn't last long. The same individual is also into japanese anime, the sexual kind, and 4chan, and I'm pretty sure he still trolls the playgrounds for teens. He's basically a sex offender in my eyes. Besides, little girls are easier to control, and some people have major issues with that.

I know a man who was bonking a 21 year old girl when he was 56. The whole affair ended in a triangle drama because her MOTHER became interested in him aswell haha!!

I try not to judge. People can shag whoever they want as long as they stay away from kids and my dog lol. I think he went to far in this matter, though.

Hmm.. just what I thought. Well, the reason I posed my question in the earlier post is because (to make a long story short) it turns out that both the romantic leads in the show that I just got done with as of last weekend ended up having the hots for each other. The leading lady is 19 and the leading man is 31 to be exact and while granted she may be over the age 18 still, she's practically a kid if you ask me. Anyhow I attended a cast party two weeks ago at a dive bar here in Brooklyn with the people I performed in the show with and much to my disgust, you should have seen how some of the other males in the cast were goading this fellow to bed this young lady because after all she's 19 which makes for worthy notch on the bed post.. at least to them that is. Of course, I tried to intervene and reason with the dude about why perhaps it would NOT be a good idea to have a fling with this young lady for after all, it might damage her in some way especially if she attaches strong feelings to him when all he wants is just a temporary fling. I mean, girls at that age are very impressionable and vulnerable and that's why out of respect it's not wise to take advantage of someone like that. Lo and behold one of the dudes had to interrupt my sombre moment by saying something along the lines of, "Well, first of all if she consents to it then in the end she has no one to blame but herself if she get hurts for she knew the deal all along" yadda yadda.. but still, being a kid of course she's going to make a rash decision because after all she doesn't know any better, DUH! And this is why I'm so sick of people.. thinking with their dicks or vaginas all the damn time.. and then when **** hits the fan they don't want to take responsibility for what they did. FUUUUUUUUU!!!!
