Had pot roast & veggies last night! It was delicious! Will finish the leftovers for lunch I think. Might make pasta for tonight. Not sure yet.

Ack! I can't start working on my dinner till i get my truck back from the Mechanics! Ack!

What kinds of fun things can you add to smashed taders to flaver them up a lil?

I cut up leftover meat then add mushrooms, onion and garlic. beat an egg or two, sprinkle with paprika and bake it.

Or try cabbage, bacon and onions....
