I put diced jalapeno, onion and tomato in my tuna. Or sometimes diced granny smith apples with mozzarella. Anything to cover the taste of the tuna!  lol

Tonight's dinner is leftover roast chicken and green salad.

I can't stand the smell of warmed tuna. So when I make tuna and noodles, I often have to put some kind of hot sauce in to drown it out. I wanted onions though, but by the time I made my tuna, I wasn't digging the idea of going back out in the cold to go to the store to get them, lol.

I'm going to make for myself tonight:

Oven roasted chicken with a rice side dish and french style green beans for a salad dish.

Yes, I still cook for myself but only on the weekends.

Going simple tonight. Roast duck, mashed potatoes with giblet gravy, corn and turtle brownies for desert.

Country-style pork ribs grilled over mesquite, baked yukon gold potatoes, asparagus with a cheese sauce, rolls, salad, strawberry shortcake is what I'm making.  I might have one of the smaller ribs and a potato and asparagus without the sauce...
