Oh I know, you can really fatten up in there, just looking at it all, lol. I limit myself to just once a week there and last night was a major letdown because I got out of work an hour later than usual and it was all shut down by the time I finally made it there. It's been a Sunday night ritual for ... well, a while anyways. But my fav Chicken Wing flavor is rarely made, I think it's Garlic/Lemon or something like that. I only saw it once,,,, I have to ask if they take requests.

Have you tried their Chocolate Chip Cookies? They're dangerously good. Expensive, like $1.25 each, but worth it.

Trying a new recipe for coconut shrimp (yes, I'll share later Diane) ... and some rice ... with a nice green salad.  My non-seafood eaters will be heating up leftover potato soup that we made yesterday ... yum !

hlast night was elk (back strap.... yum!), scallops cooked in white wine , beef (slow cooked all day with mushooms) anaNAd lots of trimmings.... twice baked potatoes, pasta salad, green beans (with pecans and parmesan cheese- outstanding!) and lots and lots of wine!

Tonight I will resurrect what's left of the scallops (Inot much!) Add some shrimp, make a cream sauce, and serve them overangle hair pasta.
