I agree!

Becky had the most awesome zoo photos in her album on Myspace.

Haven't checked her page really on here to see if she's got a similar album.

Thanks Sylvia!

I took this pic of a bald eagle at the lock & dam in Winfield, Mo. They nest there during the winter every year.

A pic I took of a bald eagle in flight. There are hard to photograph when flying. I need a bigger lens, lol.

This is a pic I took of a young immature bald eagle. He didn't have his white head yet.

What a great shot! I confess I'm now a bit scared to get close to this particular species; I've seen them up close and personal and when they're full grown, crouched, and pointed at you, they're just all kinds of terrifying, lol. But these are some incredible shots. We have a nest of them here too, but I only know generally where it's at. But they're so cool to watch in the air, and if you're close by when they give off their screech, it makes all your hairs stand on end, lol.

Curious, do y'all find it a bit easier to take shot of high-flying objects using the optical view finder, or just the LCD screen?

Last summer I got a Jet (not really worth posting though) and for the life of me I couldn't find it with the LCD screen, but once I looked through the view finder, it was quite easy.

Took advantage of nice weather today to check out the
local Botanical Gardens. Although flowers and trees
aren't in full bloom yet, took some nice pics.
