OFFLINE | This was taken on the grown in a nearby nature trail last October. I have no idea what it is, but when I first saw this, the first thing that came to mind was the movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas!”
Anybody know what this is?

Oooh I love this shot Shawn!
It has that "eerie" feel to it! |

Lol, yea, it sure does. But to get a crisper pic, a friend tells me i need to play around with shutter settings and whatnot. I haven't really done that with this cam, so this has become a personal challenge for me. |

OFFLINE | I have a general question for folks. I was sitting here with my ACDSee software browsing through old digivideos and really enjoying what I found. But still there's an incredible beauty with still photography. But anywho, for general memorabilia, what do you actually prefer the most; pics or videos? I think I appreciate a healthy balance between the two, but pics have a better media quality than videos do. |

Thanks Susan! It is hard to take pics of it, especially if you don't have a wide angle lens. I had to back up so far to get it all the way in. All the way up the hill & up to the street, lol. The ground was wet & mushy that day & I was with my son Jerry. He complained all the way cause he had on new expensive tennis shoes & they got soaked. |
