i know most ppl prefer indica these days but i still rather smoke sativa, that indika is too dam strong lol, but i have not seen sativa in like 5 years so just dont smoke any more, hard liquor does the trick for me these days, though weed did make me play better guitar, its a much more creative drug

I lived under a rock for 16 years because of someone else's insecurities (in combination with my own stupidity), before I wisened up. So, not a subject I elaborate on because it turns into my own little personal tirade LOL!

Ohh, I didn't take that as being "kurt" at all, dear! Perish the thought! Well, anyway please pardon the "redneck" part for I don't mean to generalize all southern or midwestern area people or anything like that.. it's just that this recent FB incident of mine marks the second time I had some **** from some fuckifiknow part of some southern part of the U.S. take a verbal swipe at me just for having a healthy, friendly rapport with his wife.. nothing more. She posted on her status that she felt like she was coming down with a fever and was therefore feeling like utter **** to which I kindly responded, "I'm so sorry that you're sick and that I do hope you feel better soon, dear." Then the **** hubby of hers had to post, "Who's the 'jack off' calling you 'dear'?!" Needless to say I responded with my own brand of sarcasm or whatever which then lead to him privately messaging me saying, "You dun know who u messin' with boyyyy!" Ya only knew the kinda connections I have ya wouldn't be messin' with me ya hear?!" yadda, yadda.. yeah, "connections".. the only thing he is most likely connected to at the moment is a fork in one hand and a can of pisswater beer in the other, that is if you saw what this **** sack looked like, lol..

Anyhow, I am glad you're taking it upon yourself to raise hell with THE 'man', Cari.. you and everyone in your community owes it him/herself to let their voices be heard and if need be, tear the **** place apart! I'm tellin' ya, what's happened in Egypt needs to happen here asap! ****, peaceful demonstration for the only way the suits are going to fear us little people is if we take up arms. And the last thing they want is total mutiny! That said, take no ****, Cari!

That's what the media wants people to believe Rory, that it's only a Union issue, or a Union problem. I never have, nor will I ever be a Union member. Michigan Bill 4214 does far more than affect collective bargaining rights. Yesterday, in the State of Michigan we lost the right to representation. We no longer have the right here to be governed by the body of officials we elected into office. The Govenor may now declare any city, town or school/school system in a "state of financial crisis", remove the body of elected officials (although at least in the final draft they are not barred from holding public office for 10 years) and appoint anyone he wishes to run the city/town/school.

For 5 years this "manager", who is only accountable to the Govenor, (who also in the first draft to pass the Senate-and I'm still reading the final version but in the previous version held the clause the emergency manager could be a corporation, though not specifically a US corporation) runs the city, we pay 100% of the expense(s of) for the emergency manager (right down to their car insurance premiums) while trying to stay within their proposed emercency budgets. If we do not comply or are unable, then the city/town/school district is disbanded and their assests taken over by the State.

If the People don't agree and fight it? They have to pay 100% of the Attorney General fees occured...whether or not the People win the case. I beg people everywhere in this country to read this bill (http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/2011-2012/billenrolled/House/pdf/2011-HNB-4214.pdf) and fight against this kind of legislation. No one political entity should wield this much power.  And warn you all, if this can happen in a Blue Dog state like Michigan, you're screwed if you don't speak out.

So, has anyone ever heard of a more effective way to silence all political opposition, besides killing them? THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ISSUE IS A SMOKESCREEN TO DISTRACT AND DIVIDE THE PEOPLE! I just wish people would open their eyes and see through the bullshit.

Now, as to the rally? I'm kind of pissed hearing/reading the news coverage. There were definitely more non-Union ppeople there than Union members, but they are painting it out that only the Union is against this bill, over the collective bargaining point. People were upset about much more than that point, but not according to media coverage. During the rally, I put my loud as **** hell mouth to good use, and started several chants. And even though the speakers wanted us to chant "That's not right", but I kept chanting "Recall Rick" instead, and boy did people jump on my bandwagon quick LOL!! I think it helped my loud ass that my sign was simple and to the point. "Rick, you're FIRED!" on one side and "This is NOT what we voted for" on the other.

It was weird, people kept asking to take a pic of my sign or me and my sign (I was never more glad for grammar nazis in my life. Dude(s), I'd triple checked my punctuation before using marker LMFAO!!) but weird, I wasn't a part of any group, I was a loner with a sign. It was really cool too, to talk to all these people who had seen through the smokescreen and were there over their representation rights...not just for the collective bargaining point.  

The weather thankfully held out too, it was supposed to rain on us, but we got sunshine instead. The speakers kept reminding us there were troublemakers in the crowds (imo plants) and asked at the moment we see trouble even possible brewing to report it. So needless to say I'm ticked at the spin of the media. Instead of headlines saying "After all day of 8000 people peacefully protesting, there were a few individuals arrested for refusing to leave the Capital building" they actually read as "Protesters arrested at Union rally".

Son, I am disgust.

Damn, I'm fired up on this point. Sorry for the TL;DR there, but I should clarify I'm neither R or D nor am I overly political. (Matter of fact even though I'm ashamed to admit it, I voted for Snyder (R).) But the last several years I've started to pay attention to things and frankly, it's scary. It brings us to an old old question, who do you trust when you can't trust what they say?
