For me.... knowing that a bunch of friends from high school (we graduated in 1972!) still care about each other... we lost contact with one of our friends today.... she closed her FB account and isn't answering her phones.... her husband suffers seizures (I know what that's like) and quite a few of us are concerned enough that we are doing all we can to find out if all is OK... or if she needs help....
nice to know that friends from all over the country will pull together and network like that! some of us haven't seen each other since graduation- but we still care! |

OFFLINE | Agreed to the terms for my summer job. I'll be working at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon from mid-May through October. This will be my third National Park summer since starting seasonal work in 2006.
Already thinking about next winter's gig...but I won't get serious about that until July or August. This will be my last winter at the guest (dude) ranch in the desert. |
