OFFLINE | The "send to (some number) of the (some quality) men/women that you know. If you get (some number) back, you're (something like the most popular in your High School class)" things I see in my news stream that go back and forth every day.
I find them annoying, although I'm certain there will be many senders and recipients who disagree, and it is of course, as much your right to send them as it is my right to find them annoying. I guess my question to people who send them is that if you have, say 30 friends, then why publicly designate only 12 of them as the prettiest (which I'll use as an example, since that's the one floating around today..)?
IMO, if you can't send or say something to all your friends, then why bother or why have them as friends in the first place? |
