I think the weirdest place I ever copped a squat was in the ladies' room of several establishments in public. Not so much by choice but rather by 'urgency', like if the mens room was closed due to a flood or disrepair or whatever, etc. Naturally if the pipes are bustin' you have to unfasten the valve somehow and needless to say, it's quite humorous having a chick (quite oblivious) enter the stall next to the one I'm occupying and hear the massive echo of messy bowl farts and think, "Christ! What the **** did that 'woman' devour?! A dinosaur?"

I tell ya, there's nothing more agonizing than having that gushing urge to open the flood gates to unleash a mudslide while you're far from home AND you wind up considerably delaying your run to your bathroom 'cause you have to stop every 2 min. in mid stride just to clench your ass cheeks shut so as not ruin your good clothes. Between the incessant bobbing and agonizing muttering in public I must have looked like a terrorist ready to detonate as he was praying to Allah or whatever.

Wow, now that's a healthy colon. I so wish I could poop that much a day myself but these days if I go once a day that's considered a lot. Further I can tell I need to change my diet for whenever the urge does arrive I end having to strain until I bleed and for all that sweat induced effort I only manage to squeeze out a few 'pellets' that look like they could be part of a vegan's healthy snack mix or something. Maybe I ought to break out a fire hose and use that to cleanse the entire inside of me or something.

I'm not sure actually but I will tell ya that my diet consists of A LOT of carbs (fast foods, pizza, chinese food, etc.) for I was never much of a cook to begin with, which has to tell ya something right there, lol. Indeed that could be why I'm not pooping like I should. That, and I think it has something to do with the meds I take for I believe I read once on-line that one of the side effects happens to be constipation.
