I though I've read somewhere that coffee weakens the endocrine system which somehow translates to a weakened immune system which somehow translates to taking much longer to get over a cold. Coffee abstinence worked for me the last time I had a cold (or so I think), but this time I'm not seeing the same effect. But then typically when I get sick, i'm like a walking bio hazard :/

1 Random Fact: Since it literally only takes about 4 minutes to drive to work, I almost always let my muddlejumper truck idle for about 20 minutes before I drive. My mechanics tell me that too many short trips causes moisture buildup in the distributor cap which causes oxidation problems.

If it's a food I really like, I can have the same thing for dinner for several days in a row without getting tired of eating it.

I have a salad I am obsessed with and make it every night, it's not just me the whole family loves it:

Baby spinach, beetroot, rocket and basil leaves, fresh asparagus, rossa tomatoes, salad onions, nut salad sprinkle with lemon, honey and pumpkin seed dressing. There are no substitutes, it has to be just that. And it all has to come from the deli down the road, or it doesn't taste right at all!
