Granted,  but it has no wheels.

I wish I could get all the plaster ripped out of my house and the whole inside completely refinished!

Okay Shawn.  The plaster is down and beautiful, pristine, freshly painted walls are up.  
The only problem is there are no windows or doors.

Granted, but give changing laws, usually not in favor of the people, you're now 98 years old and S.S. has been dead for the past 40 years, and 401Ks have been consumed by inefficient government spending.

The pizza thing....granted BUT there are anchovies ALL over it.

I wish I had a  toasted multigrain bagel with lots of cold butter...

Granted, but in a twist of things, you put the bagels in the fridge and you're eating the tub of butter.

Granted but your walking backwards as if coming home...

Granted, but with new space age wrapping technology, you can't figure out how to open the package

Granted, but the supplier took it a little too seriously and delivered you a big pile of rocks to assemble into a fire pit.
