Sweet! I tried to get drunk and sing The Trooper years ago, lol. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. It would have been disastrous.
Heh, I totally understand where ya coming from with that for honestly in the beginning I was hesitant myself for I'm not the 'karaoke' sorta guy in the first place, especially seeing as to how quite a number of peeps who frequent that particular place are all 'musical/theatre' people like myself. So they can ACTUALLY sing whereas I cannot. That's why I prepared myself by downing like 4 or 5 Coronas all in a row, the same way say, Rocky Balboa chugs back a tall glass of raw egg yolks in preparation for that steady workout routine. Of course I almost regretted it too because by the time I got nice and buzzed I felt as though I was either going to mush the words or not be able to keep track of the lyrics on screen for it took a bit of effort just to walk to the men's room and back at one point! Yet had a lot of fun!! Gotta do it again sometime. |

I have seen some pretty hilarious karaoke in my time.
I think my favorite was the guy that sang Margaritaville then puked Hamburger Helper all over the wall. |
