Hello folks!

Good to see the powerlifting scene in Malaysia isn't compleeeetly dead.
I use to be a body building junkie doing almost everything wrong, from technique to diet to intensity and volume, but no more .
When I say experience I mean experience in the powerlifting game not how long you've been working out for.

I'm new around and was wondering whats everyones experience level and weight on their feet and the bar?
I'll roll the ball first!

Weight: 67kg
Height: 168cm
Experience: 11 Weeks from 0.

Squat: 110kg 3x5
Bench: 67.5kg 3x5
Power Cleans: 52.5kg 3x5
Press: 50kg 3x5
Deadlift 120kg 1x5

I've recently(this week) switched from 5x5 on all workouts(except deadlifts, they've been 1x5 since day one) because it was getting too stressful to keep up with the recovery.

All workouts done with no support at all or raw(no belts, gloves, physical support, machine support, etc). No supplements either. Perfecting the technique as much as possible and rolling on the Anabolic Diet. Going to introduce chalk for deadlifts next week.

Now you.

hello! I'm new to this forum, from Kuching, Sarawak. Anyone else from Kuching here?

Anyways, i've been strength training for about 2 and a half years as a hobby. Started with Stronglifts 5x5 program, currently doing Madcow 5x5. Not really a powerlifter in the sense that I don't compete in powerlifting events or give much emphasis on the total 1RM of the 3 big lifts.

Anyways here goes:
weight: 85kg
height: 177cm

squat 140kg 1x5
bench 80kg 1x5
barbell row 80kg 1x5
overhead press 57.5kg 1x5
deadlift 160kg 1x5

cheers!
