"In their footsteps" - Tess Gerritsen
I am still at the beginning but the story sounds interesting.

I am rereading 'Beyond good and evil' F Nietzsche... again, I don't know why, couldn't see anything else that jumped out at me, i suppose....and another book called, 'Hagakure, The book of the Samurai' by Yamamoto Tsunetomo, translated by William Scott Wlison...I can't recommend it though...As I find it to be steeped in all kinds of sexist, racist, prejudices of one kind or another. There are a few gems of wisdom in it but sifting through is a bore.
