Just finished Goya's Ghosts with Natalie Portman and what's his name ... uhhh ... Penelope Cruz's husband :-)

Holy cow ... what a story ... what an ending.

Definitely a 5 star movie.  Can stream it on Netflix

P.S.  Barbara ... you'll like "Thor", I think.

The guy who plays Thor looks like Jax except he's a lot more ripped and is at least a foot taller.

Don't know ... I'm going to have to make it on summer movies now that SOA, Justified, and Mad Men aren't playing.

Oh yea, that's one of those movies that really makes me want to jump ahead into the future to see it!

But I'm kinda punishing myself upfront because I much rather watch the DVD on my system at home

Did anyone else see Thor in 3D.  I thought the first part of the movie the effect was the best I had seen, especially in Asgard.  Then when the movie moved back to earth the effect almost disappeared.  I'm not sure if it was on purpose but it was a little like Wizard where Oz was in color and Kansas was in black and white.

I would definitely recommend it.

The 3D show was sold out ... so we just saw it on regular screen and even still it was magnificent.    Might have to see it again in 3D to compare.
