Hi, very happy that it's NaPoWriMo time again!

I actually began my poetry blog last year because of NaPoWriMo 2013. Since then I have published about 80 poems in the past year.

Please check out my poetry blog at http://www.NotEnoughPoetry.com on Word Press.

The feedback, camraderie, encouragement, inspiration, and overall happiness I have received from participating in NaPoWriMo has been wonderful!

Cheers, Lupe Tucker

Hello,

My blog is Ephemeris here: http://canonettewriter.wordpress.com/

I'm very new to poetry and have only been writing poems for about 2 months.

Constructive criticism is always welcome, as I have such a lot to learn!

It's been awhile since I dedicated myself to a month of poetry writing.  It feels right and good to be back in the sphere;

http://pciyrtpy.blogspot.com/  is my writing blog and you'll find poetry scattered over 8 years.

I just checked it out, Bob.  Second story walk-up really captured a sense of place - I felt like I'd been transported there briefly!

Nice library - is it yours?!

Hi all,
Thanks for the forum. I'm going crazy at the moment as someone's hacked into my website www.robwalkerpoet.com where I was all set up to post a poem a day. It was down for a day, is now back up, but won't let me upload new work.
This is day 3's:

Moon lantern festival, Adelaide.

children parade home-made lanterns,
glow-worming their way along the banks
of the Torrens.

a helium balloon lets go of its child
returns skyward like Kaguyahime.
i blink and it becomes Tsukuyomi,

a full moon.

rob walker

(yesterday's prompt was to reference a non-Greco/Roman deity. I was thinking of yesterday's poem and remembered this from the children's parade at Oz-Asia Festival, Elder Park.)

Thanks for the opportunity to post!

Hi, I am Connie. This is my first year to try my hand at NaPoWriMo. I have been writing poetry since I was a kid but have always been too chicken to share it.

I have a blog that has a little bit of everything on it. I have a label for poetry and a label for NaPoWriMo.

My blog is called Loquacious Leanings.

Here it is: http://loquaciousleanings.blogspot.com/search/label/napowrimo2014

Thanks so much for setting up this forum. I am really excited about seeing what I can come up with this month.

Cheers,
Connie

Hi Everyone,

My name is Jessica but I go by Jesse or Little Sparrow. I am a first timer to NaPoWriMo, so this is very exciting and a bit nerve wrecking for me. I am highly conscientious about my writing since I was a kid but I think it's bout time that I put myself out there.

I am also really looking forward to connecting with other writers; it's been a long time since I've been around like-minded people.

Here is my blog site, hoping that I get some sort of traffic on there other than spam adverts, lol.

http://www.sparrowsinkwell.com/

Thank you all for sharing your ideas and talents and allowing me to do the same. =)

Hello,

My name is Cecilia, I am Swedish but write in English and go by CC Champagne (long story).

I attempted NaPoWriMo 2012, but was rather distracted and never got around to interacting with other poets. This time I am trying to do better (and have been good so far, I think...).

My blog is called "A Glass of Bubbly" (http://ccchampagne.wordpress.com/) and this is where I post my poetic scribbles. I was fairly active about two years ago (if you delve into the older stuff), but not so much lately. Oh, you can also find me on FB as CC Champagne.

In any case, I am in awe being around so many creative poets and do spend a good deal of time questioning my own work (I hope I'm not the only one), however, I've decided to pull up my big girl panties and just get on with it.

Good luck to everyone and hope to see you around!

/CC

Hi, I'm Bren, author of Purely Poetic, Harriet's Ghost and From Me To You, creator and owner of SlimySnailsTrails. Last year was my first NaPoWriMo and I loved every second. I found some fantastic new friends and hoping for the same this year. My poetry can be found here. Please feel free to get in touch with me or my admin, Eleanor there.

As well as being a writer, I am a full time mother of two, owner of a crazy dog and I am founder of a support network for victims of emotional abuse.

Glad to be here :-)

Yay!

Fellow poets of all flavours... this is my first NAPOWRIMO, and on day seven, I can confidently say, so far, so awesome! I'm posting daily on a google plus group, and here, on the forum... come on over!

I'm also currently undertaking Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way at Work (I return to the Artist's Way often in my life), so it's a particularly rich time for me, in terms of inspiration. Knowing so many other writers are striving to meet similar goals to mine makes the scratch of pen on paper/tapping of keys seem less anti-social.

I'm a children's librarian, lifelong writer, apprentice storyteller, and mother of two. When I'm not writing, you might find me in bed between my ukulele and guitar, knitting peggy squares, or indulging my twin passions, long walks coupled with loud music.

I'm Grace Beaster, checking in from  New Zealand.
