Hello all, it's lovely to stumble across some other daily poets.  I've been writing a poem a day since September (I just passed the 200 poems mark a couple of days ago).  Before that I'd never written poetry.

I live in London with my husband and 2 four year old girls, I work in mental health and recently completed a PhD in child and adolescent mental health.  

My poems are very varied and include children's story poems which I write for my girls and quite a lot of poems about mental health which are inspired either by my own feelings, my work or my desire to get people talking and remove some of the stigma associated with mental health.
