The usual stuffs that I take for..

Pre-workout meal:

Usually a tuna sandwich (half a can). I don't like eating too much before my workout. Shouldn't be eating a lot anyway.

Post-workout meal:

A huge combination of broccoli, cauliflower and spinach
A big bowl of white/mixed-grain rice
3-4 whole eggs OR a generous serving of pork (sometimes chicken chunks)

-

I'm not on any liquid protein supplements of any sort other than low fat milk, which is taken pre-bed time most times.

Pre Workout Meal : Nothing solid so that I don't feel bloated. (usually half boiled eggs and one teaspoon of peanut butter)

Post Workout : One can of tuna + small can of baked beans.

I'd totally avoid soy, take a look: http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/

It may just be one website. But kindly google something like "soy toxicity" and you would be surprised of all the articles that appear, esp some from reliable sources, eg BBC news.

Take care!
