I've been playing at perfect poker for well over 3 months now. I was banned 3 weeks ago for no reason. I submitted 3 tickets to their customer service to see why i was banned, but they only response was a list what could have happened. Over a week later i was unban, but all of my chips were missing. I submitted tickets to their customer service again to see where my chips are. I did not get a direct answer for a very long time, then all of a sudden i am banned again as of yesterday. I do not know what they are trying to prove. I don't like it because like some players, I paid for chips to start out with. I hope Facebook will see all perfect poker is good for is ripping us off and banning for no reason. Facebook please ban perfect poker so that they get what they deserve. Tyvm

l am the one whom got scammed from Perfect Poker too,so l've joine group " Perfect Poker Scammed me" and we have a new members to join us almost everydays.lm glad and  respectful to a all admins that they made up this group for us and I hope Perfect Poker will get REMOVE from Facebook as soon as possible.May

All friends from my country got banned in the same time for 2 weeks without any reason or warn.That absolutely unfair.However they told me that they're not gonna play at perfect Poker anymore because it's real bad poker site.

Im one of those who started playing Perfect Poker after i got fed-up with another scam-site: Zynga Poker.
I won loads of chips, and this is when i started gettin banned, unbanned, banned etc etc..

I have been banned 5 times now and the last one was the funniest: Before they banned me i suddenly had BAN and KICK access on the tables ( i suspect it was a glitch and i somehow logged in with a admin account). Well i didnt ban or kick anyone but refreshed my page again and was banned.

1 day later i was unbanned again and got my chips back and logged out with 720,762,847,426 chips. The very next day my chips was set to a negative -720,762,847,426 chips.
What a joke this site is! Do they really think I am so stupid that i will buy chips to get my Perfect Poker account set to a plus again???

This site is a scam and is run by criminals and i can not understand how they are allowed to run their business on facebook?!

Btw, i never bought chips from Perfect Poker or Zynga Poker!  HAH

I was a victim also 2 days ago i was playing and i won a big hand but after the chip pot came to me it said i was idle for too long and needed to reconnect so i did and i only had 3 billion chips when i should of had over 6 billion then the next day after that i went to go play and it said i was banned when i did nothing wrong i won that hand fair and square

I started playing Perfect Poker about 3 Months ago...I would log in every day to get my Daily Bonuses....Ive maybe played 4-5 games....Ive never said a word to anyone except (TY or VNH).....Ive NEVER Cheated....Im the only one that uses this computer.....I dont buy chip nor do i know how to sell or whatever they are trying to tell me i did....I havent Harrassed anyone....And I Only have ONE Account......
One day i came across this site " Perfect Poker Scammed Me"....decided to check it out....was seeing how crooked Perfect Poker was ....i decided to Join this Group....then I gave Perfect Poker 1 Star rating (From a 5 Star that i had previously given them, b4 this crap started)....then lo and behold *I was Banned*.....For No Reason.....I emailed them and this is what they replied...........Took them a week to reply.....

Like i said before I dont Cheat...and I am Honest..
The 1st time i was Banned I only had $1.4 Billion...The other day I was finally unbanned (for whatever reason I dont know)....i looked at my balance and it was -$1.4 Trillion.........A Day later I was Banned AGAIN......Today Im Unbanned with the same Negative Balance of -$1.4 Trillion....I GIVE UP TO THESE LYING CHEATING THIEVES...............SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE SOON!!!

Well I always heard about this group but never cared about it cos i was doing good at poker.
Then one fine morning they BAN me.
To be honest its not the first time i have been banned from a poker site, I have been banned earlier for helping out my friends on Zynga.
I accepted the fact then that I have broken the rule so i was banned.
But now considering that I have no friends at all on the account I play nor do I cheat or steal nor abuse people, I dont see any proper reason to BAN me. All i demand em is for a proper explanation for why they have banned me ? But I never get to hear back from them.
All i see that the owners of the site are digging their own grave by banning people every week, when most of the players are banned who is even gonna play ???
And to this page admins " Perfect Poker Scammed Me " I appreciate all the effort you been putting in getting justice to the players on this app.
You guys are planning to shut the site down, fair enough.
But what about the players who love to play this game in their free time ?
I have been playing on Zynga but that is a total crap for the risk of hacking and they dont help you at all in protecting your account.
So, once you shut this site down, there is no way i am going back to Zynga nor there is any better app where i could play.
So what have you guys thought for the  people who love to play this game once you succeed in shutting this app down ?
Where should those 500K monthly users go ?
I would request the group admins that if you people have good game developers, please develop a new app, and I can guarantee all those 500k monthly users would be glad to leave Perfect Poker in no time.
