I am writing to you on behalf of our Facebook group,"Perfect Poker Scammed Me". Perfect Poker is a new Texas Hold'em poker application found only on the Facebook social network. We are a group of almost 700 victims of Perfect Poker's fraudulant schemes, banned for no reason, Invasion of Privacy & violations to Facebook's Developer Principles and Policies, harassment, identity theft, and blackmail.

Our group is from a merger of nine different Facebook groups. We joined together to expose Perfect Poker's illegal practices and to request Facebook for an investigation into the poker application Perfect Poker. Our group's site have been "compromised" several times and every day our members are faced with harassment, threats, and blackmail to close down our Facebook group.

We have POSTED most of the evidence, along with screen shots regarding our claims and our members have posted on how they're affected. Certain evidence (screen shots, emails, private messages) are not posted due to respect of our members' privacy, but are available to Facebook.

Fraud: Screen Shots of receipts of paying for virtual chips and are asked to send again to be unbanned (Money Gram transfer is to Martin Allen. Martin Allen is James Allen's father. James Allen is the owner of Perfect Poker.

Hi, my name is Tim. I am a member of the group,"Perfect Poker Scammed Me". I played at Perfect Poker for only less two weeks. I played mostly in the VIP, which I had won up to 550 Billion chips playing fair and square. I was a quiet player, never got involved in chat with others.The only poker buddies I made were Ana, Siw, and Mavis; even though I played with some of the other members from our group at the VIP tables.

After the second week, I was banned for no reason. I filed tickets at Customer Support and was given a list of things that I never did. After a week later, I was un-banned but my balance was minus -960 million instead of plus 550 billion chips. I had contacted their customer support again, and a few days later I had a private message that I had to buy chips in order for my balance to be out of a negative balance.

I had advised the administrator that what they're doing is illegal because it's fraud/scam. About an hour later, I was banned again. I thought about walking away, mind my own business and search for an another poker application. I decided to open a Facebook group called "Perfect Poker Scammed Me". At first, I did not know that there were so many other groups and didn't expect anyone to join my group. My intention was just to inform everyone of what and how I was treated at Perfect Poker. The group was to serve as a warning to other players.

Within hours, a lot of players asked to join. As my hands were full, I thought about reaching out to more players. I found other groups and thought that it would be great if all of the groups were to join forces. One of the first groups to join "Perfect Poker Scammed Me" was the groups of MrCfc Ralph, Scott M, Jhenad, Malcolm, and Sara's. Our members went up the roof within days, we all shared a problem; that we were all scammed and banned for no reason at Perfect Poker.

The first week, I was given a warning to delete the group asap and was threatened with a lawsuit. I declined and Perfect Poker decided to force me to stop and delete our group. One of the first illegal acts was Invasion of Privacy and violations to the Developer Principles and Policies.

On February 24th of 2011, I posted on the forum web site (www.scam.com) about our Facebook group and warning consumers about playing at Perfect Poker. Perfect Poker responded with a post on the thread from the forum accusing me of having multiple accounts, which is in violation of their terms. They posted "modified evidence" that shows my full name, location IP address, User ID #, Player ID #, and the total amount of poker chips in my account. They also posted it on the image web site ImageShack.

Please be aware that they accuse every high stack chip player or paying customers of having multiple accounts and being abusive to players. Their evidence of multiple accounts are not screen shots of accounts all showing from the same IP address, but it is rather typed out in WordPad ad saves as an image file. Their chat logs are not screen shots, but all typed out. These types of evidence are easily modified to fasely accuse a player of wrongdoing.

The Invasion of Privacy Law states that an individual has a right to privacy from: a) intrusion on one's solitude or into one's private affairs; b) public disclosure of embarrassing private information; c) publicity which puts him/her in a false light to the public; d) appropriation of one's name or picture for personal or commercial advantage.

The Developer Principles and Policies "require that applications and websites explicitly ask for permission to access you and your friends' information. When you grant that permission, applications can store the information they receive, but they are not allowed to transfer your information without your consent or use your information for advertisements. If you'd like the information that you've shared with the application to be permanently deleted, contact the developer directly from the application's Profile Page.II. Storing and Using Data You Receive From Us

# You will not directly or indirectly transfer any data you receive from us, including user data or Facebook User IDs, to (or use such data in connection with) any ad network, ad exchange, data broker, or other advertising or monetization related toolset, even if a user consents to such transfer or use. By indirectly we mean you cannot, for example, transfer data to a third party who then transfers the data to an ad net!
work. By any data we mean all data obtained through use of the Facebook API, including aggregate, anonymous or derivative data.

# You will not use Facebook User IDs for any purpose outside your application (e.g., your infrastructure, code, or services necessary to build and run your application). Facebook User IDs may be used with external services that you use to build and run your application, such as a web infrastructure service or a distributed computing platform, but only if those services are necessary to running your application and the service has a contractual obligation with you to keep Facebook User IDs confidential.VI. Enforcement

We can take enforcement action against you and any or all of your applications if we determine in our sole judgment that you or your application violates Platform Policies. I've also had my identity stolen numerous times by Perfect Poker, forcing me to delete the group. My picture, full name, and personal information were used to make fake profiles to harass my friends and family. I deleted my family and friends from my Facebook account due to that incident, to protect them. A web site was set up, and my name and picture was used along with Ralph's and Malcolm's to accuse us of being scammers and being gay. The link to that WordPress web site was posted on Perfect Poker's reviews and directing everyone to go there and see.

As more members joined, I've also made a promise to them: to get justice for everyone and request for Facebook to investigate and shut down the poker application Perfect Poker. To get justice for everyone because we are all victims of their illegal acts against players who support their game.

Hi, I was also a victim of their scams...i started playing perfect poker about 5 months ago...I liked it at first until i waz banned for no reason...after many tickets and complaints filed to their support team...I was told that i have to pay $500 in order to have my banned status removed...I never did anything wrong...I never cheated and hardly chat with anyone while playing..i find this site to be a scam and full of lies...they ban you for no reason and make up stories why u r ban and want u to pay them money so u can be unban

i was also scammed by perfect poker went from 1 table to another and all my chips where gone, it just shows that ur site is just for scamming as many of my friends have been banned for no reason all u want is for people to buy chips instead of earning them the way a real poker site is run im disgusted with the replys u have also sent my friends as far as im concerned your site should be shut down as all u r after is making money for yourselves. 700 members and still growing shows wat a false site u really are keep it up group and let these cons knw u will nt bk down or be paid off.

i am also a member of the group PERFECT POKER SCAMMED ME , we are seeking for justice against perfect poker for treating its members unfairly and in some cases for criminal activities , banning members who have legitimate greivances against them are common place , as are chips going missing after purchasing them (fraudulently), also there are a faction of a group of people that are doing there very best to bring our group down by creating false profiles and contacting members of the group offering an array of rewards for either leaving group or close it down .not to mention the abuse and harrasment . perfect poker banned me for no other reason than for showing my support to another member who has been a good friend to me for past 3 years , he was banned and his chips were taken for what reason we do not know as perfect poker have an automated cop out of a responce  to all tickets submitted. perfect poker should not be able to run under these conditions ,

Last year i played more and more on perfect poker, an application on Facebook.
I made a lot of friends, and i would not if i was a ****

My style was always the same, polite and never sweared if i lost.

I had 500+B and got banned and unbanned a week later.
Till i got 1T+ they banned me again and did not respond on my messages to them.
After a while a certain Mo said that i could buy my account back for $500,-

I really hate this poker-site.... its full of dishonest, lying devious persons.
And this site should be removed from facebook and the Globe.

I played pefect poker for about six months as did my husband.As his  a better player than me he had won a large sum of chips from playing the game.As he plays a honest game he was surprised to discover that he had been banned.When he sent a ticket of complant all he receieved was a email listing all the thihgs you can get banned from none of these applied to him.When i went to play on my account i also discovered that i was  banned. Like my husband i sent a complaint ticket and received the same email he did.Then a couple of days later i received an emai lfrom perfect poker appologising for the banning and they said it would be lifted.It was lifted but within 48 hours i was banned again and have remained banned ever since.

I AM WITH A GROUP CALLED PERFECT POKER SCAMMED ME . I STARTED A ACCOUNT IN JAN 1 2011. WHEN I STARTED A ACCOUNT THERE I PAID FOR SOME CHIPS. WELL THE DAY I PAID FOR THE CHIPS I DIDNT PLAY THE GAME AFTER I HAD TO GO TO WORK , WHEN I CAME HOME THE CHIPS WAS MISSING. SO I REPORTED THIS TO THEM RIGHT AWAY AS EVERY ONE  SHOULD REPORT A PROBLEM TO THE SUPPORT. WELL THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE CHIPS BACK. I THEN RIGHT AWAY REPORTED THIS  FRAUD TO PAYPAL BECAUSE I JUST STARTED THIS ACCOUNT I PAID THEM WITH PAYPAL AND THE CHIPS WAS MISSING . SO I STARTED THIS IN JAN PAID FOR CHIPS AND THOSE CHIPS CAME UP MISSING. WHEN YOU REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK THEY BAN YOU AND CLAIM YOU DID THIS ON YOUR SELF BY FILING A CLAIM WITH MY BANK THEY BANNED ME. ITS NOT RIGHT TO STEAL PEOPLE MONEY . i just got banned for nothing, just like everyone else. I have made a report to the developers of facebook to try and make them aware of the fraudulent activity. It is truly up to facebook to kick this game developers ass to the curb. Perfect Poker is violating the terms of service of Facebook. I know if i knew where he lived he would never be able to use a computer or credit card service again. Credit card companies as well should refuse all transactions coming from this game and charges should be laid with the authorities for fraud. Their members are rapidly declining which truly shows that this game has no place on facebook or any other site for that matter. I just found out that i was banned when i tried to play earlier today.. meanwhile i don't really use that chat or even talk to anyone  . I've been playing for awhile now and this is the first time this happened to me.. but any way i would like to be unbanned & and i don't cheat i play fair.. but this is REALLY unfair to get banned for no reason

  i began playin perfect poker when i was hacked on zynga poker and was really enjoying the game and the friends i made on there... today i was playin when i noticed a lag so i refreshed the browser just to get a message saying the game was unavailable and i was banned. I have no idea why i was banned with my 23 billion chips but all of my canadian friends apparently were banned with me. what the hell is perfect poker trying to prove???
