OFFLINE | For those not living in South America, Asia or Europe, having to find some obscure way to pay for Premium Silk is ridiculous.
Paypal is clearly the best option, and you even have it for normal silk, why not premium?
There is also the problem of not being able to purchase via the UKash system that i've found to be available here in Australia.
1) The exchange rate is 2-3 DAYS behind Current rates, making prices far above what they should be/are quoted on the Joymax Page
2) It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to buy the 500 Premium Silk Package, without buying $100 UKash (And having $40 left over) Instead of using $50 and $10, or even 3x $20 to make up the AU$51 + $7 fee
3) I don't trust adding something via my phone bill, or telling them my bank account details.
Adding paypal is clearly the best option, if you want to truly be "Global" |

 OFFLINE | Hi David,
During the commercial release, there will be new items that can be purchased using Normal Silk, which you can purchase thru PayPal. That is the possible solution I could give as of the moment, as I think it would take them a while to add PayPal as one of the options purchasing Premium Silk.
Thanks for your feedback regarding the payment method. I'll forward this to the team. |

OFFLINE | My major problem, is that i can't add 50 and 10 to make $60, which i need for the 500 Premium Silk option.
The total to buy the 500 Premium comes to about AU$58, I figured i could add 2 vouchers together, to top up a balance needed to purchase, however this is not the case, and now it seems i have paid $60 to gain roughly 300 silk, due to the "fees" on the UKash system. |

OFFLINE | I don't personally understand why you need two currencies to begin with. I was extremely disappointed, as in *extremely* disappointed to find I've dumped 10 dollars via Paypal for "Normal Silk", not quite understanding Joymax's obscure payment. So to remedy this, I figure "Oh okay, I'll get an Ultimate Game Card and get some Premium Silk!" No, it doesn't work like that. The ONLY way I could figure this out, was to get (yet again) "Normal" Silk.
I just find it extremely... discouraging that this would happen twice. Since I still have 1,000 of these "points" left over (which I would have used from the Game Card if I could get Premium with it) that... well, if Digimon doesn't put some tradable eggs or similar for "Normal Silk," I'll just be using on another game entirely.
It's not like I'm mad, but it's obscure and a downright strange way of trying to manage virtual currency. |

OFFLINE | Amy, Normal Silk can be used come commercial release. More items that can be purchased with Normal Silk will be added on October 25.
The difference between Normal and Premium Silk is any item purchased with Normal Silk cannot be traded in-game, while Premium Silk can. |

OFFLINE | An idea that got me thinking, was the idea of a "Wallet" that you can add to via any/all of the methods to pay for silk, then use the funds in your "wallet" to purchase.
Steam seems to go alright with this kind of transaction service.
EX; whether you use paypal, Ultimate Game Card, UKash, whatever, you go and add (whatever amount you bought x exchange rate) into your Joymax "wallet"
So my $60 in UKash vouchers becomes $64odd due to exchange rate AU->US.
I can then use that $64 in my 'wallet' to buy 500 silk, plus 100 silk. |

OFFLINE | As long as the "Normal" Silk has something useful to purchase, such as being able to buy the same eggs that you can with Premium (though of course not tradeable) then I'll be happy; As I'm sure many others will be. Something that would expire in seven days, like Digimon battle had, would just kind of be a slap to the face. Not everyone can purchase the Premium items as easy as Paypal allows to purchase Normal. The site led me to believe the "Ultimate Game Card" could be used to get Premium Silk, but... well, that didn't quite work. I'm stuck with 200 "regular" Silk.
Can't wait to see what you decide for the 25th. Hopefully some new Digimon. (: |

This still isn't answering a thing at all, all you are doing is ignoring the problem and instead just telling people "Oh but you can wait and buy other items later with regular silk."
It's ridiculous to have two different currencies to buy different items, because lets face it, the only /real/ reason people want to use the cash shop for in the first place is to get an impmon, which hardly anyone can get since premium silk is too hard and difficult to purchase. That's like telling someone who goes out to buy a dog that they can't get a dog, but here, have a leash instead because it's close enough and can be bought with what they have.
It's just... a little redundant to beat around the bush, proper answers would be great. Or at least a transfer system in game for silk to become premium silk, because the users technically pay the exact same in cash for the amounts unless you take into account the insane fees for premium silk. |

OFFLINE | Jessica, that's the only proper answer I can give you. If there's anything else that I can say, it's that if they add Paypal as another payment method, I tell you it's gonna take a long while, and that I believe it won't be possible. If there's an underlying reason why it is so, the company has the right not to disclose it. |

OFFLINE | But there's... still no answer at all to the initial question, or any indication of what /will/ be buyable with regular silk. I just think it's a little unfair if premium silk can buy so much, and then so many people wait for regular silk items just to find out say their $10 can only buy them some clothes at best, while the same amount from someone in a different area could buy them say a digi-egg or an evolutor.
Two currencies for a cash shop. Not a great idea :/ It's a little stupid in the first place to have regular silk purchasable at the moment if it is currently absolutely useless. |

OFFLINE | Silk is the universal currency for all Joymax games, that's why regular silk us purchasable as players from other games use it to buy items in the cash shop.
I'd love to tell you what will be purchasable with normal silk come commercial release, but at the moment, I have no information about it either. |
