OFFLINE | does this feature still exist and work? how do I subscribe to a thread so I get notifications? I can't find a button anywhere...
edit: I figured it out a few minutes after posting here.... so I will change my question to 2 suggestions
1) make it easier to find the "subscribe" feature by puting it in a blue button like the reply buttons, or a grey button next to the "share" button.
2) make it possible to automatically subscribe to threads you post in by default. or at least the ones you create. |

OFFLINE | Good idea, however it is not possible ao subscribe automatically because users need to give email permission first.
On the other hand, we might it compulsory to use Forum.
What do you guys think? |

OFFLINE | I don't have to grant email permission for every single topic I subscribe to. I only do it once, and then after that you could easily do an auto-subscribe.
another option would be a checkbox below the "Reply" button that says "subscribe to this topic" it could even be checked by default.
or at least a button somewhere. Seriously, your current method is difficult to find because it does not follow the norms of all other forum software. It doesn't even follow the norms of your own forum software. Every other command is in a blue or grey button, so why go with a non-conforming yellow text box for this 1 feature? Its color and position make it look like an advertisement that my eye has been trained to ignore, that is why it took me so long to find it. I apologize if any of that sounds harsh or whiny, it's only meant to be constructive input for improving an already great product.
on a related note, I would also like an "unsubscribe" button on the topic page instead of having to find the link in my email. I read somewhere that a button already exists but I can't find it. Has it been deprecated, am I blind, or does it not work in IE8x64?

OFFLINE | So, is the "subscribe/unsubscribe" feature gone now? I've have been looking all over, and I don't see any of those links or buttons. I'm on Chrome. |

OFFLINE | what worries me more than anything else is that nobody's ever online here since yesterday. Is this forum even alive anymore? And then I see the date of the latest post before mine... if this platform is no more supported just tell me. |
