বাজার উত্থানের সব indication থাকা সত্ত্বেও আজ বাজার পড়ল। সরকারের সব আয়োজন ফাঁকা বুলিতে পরিণত হয়েছে। সরকারের সদিচ্ছা থাকলে আজকে বাজার পড়ার কোন কারণ ছিল না। তথাকথিত সমন্বিত তহবিল গঠনের প্রস্তাব subject to the approval of the board meeting এর নিচে চাপা পড়েছে। আজকের পতনের পর পিই ১৮ এর নিচে নেমে এসেছে যা ২০০৯ এর শুরুর পিই'র সমান। কাগজে কলমে ৫২৯২ দেখালেও ২০০৯ এর হিসেবে এখন সূচক ২৮০০ পয়েন্টের নিচে। সরকারের সমন্বিত তহবিল গঠনের প্রস্তাবে আমরা বিভ্রান্ত হয়েছি। ৮০% বিনিয়োগকারী এখন ট্রিগার সেল এর আওতায় চলে এসেছেন। সবচেয়ে বড় কথা ৪০% এর বেশি পতন হলে কোন বাজারেরই ২ বছরের কমে রিকভার করার নজির নেই। আমরা যে একটা Secular Bear Market এ প্রবেশ করেছি , এ ব্যাপারে আর কোন সন্দেহ নেই। বাজার কত পর্যন্ত পড়বে তা এ মূহুর্তে বলা না গেলেও ৫৪০০ এর উপরে যে বাজার সহসা উঠবে না তা একরকম নিশ্চিত। গতকাল ও আজকের সূচকের ক্যান্ডেলস্টিক মিলে আরেকটি Harami Pattern তৈরী করেছে। আজকের বাজারের অবস্থা দেখে সেই প্রবাদটি মনে পড়লো- A rolling stock gathers no moss. ডিএসই এখন পুরোপুরি একটি Rolling Stock এ পরিণত হয়েছে। যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত প্রতিবন্ধকতা তৈরী করে এটাকে থামানো না হবে ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত এটা পড়তেই থাকবে। যত সময় যাবে, Rolling Stock এর পতনের গতিও ততই বাড়তে থাকবে। আর তাকে থামিয়ে উপরের দিকে তুলতে আরো বেশি শক্তি প্রয়োগ করতে হবে। আশ্চর্যের বিষয় হল, আজকের এই পতনের পর সরকারের এ মূহুর্ত পর্যন্ত কোন তৎপরতা নেই, কাজেই কালকে বিনা বাধায় সূচক পড়বে- এটা অনেকটা নিশ্চিত।

আজকে সত্যি সত্যি Panicked হওয়ার সময় এসেছে!!!


এই লেখা শেষ করার পর প্রথম আলো তে একটা খবর দেখলাম -"নতুন তহবিল গঠনে ডিএসইর শীর্ষ ৩২ ব্রোকারেজ হাউসের একমত পোষণ"

Taj Vai, I think market will fall more. And obviously, although it is painful for us to bear the shock in short term, the market will follow its natural way to go in the downward direction for the long term. No indication of improvement unless a further fall. We are very sorry, but this is reality. Government intervention in the form of injecting little money might not rescue us for the moment.

Yeah,they have staged a new drama again. But why such dramas!! I'm bored and irritated by such dramas of GOV!!!

All this are strange dramas. They have spread a rumor that they formed a Fund yesterday. Now,where is that fund? Doesn't make sense. Did that fund fail to hold the market that another fund is needed?

Today they have created another rumor of making another Fund with broker houses!!!! So that people again jump in the market to buy and hit the upper circuit.

But here is the most important points : where are the MBs? Why aren't ICB forming any so called fund with MB? Something is not right here!!!

Bad....................Such steps of forming the so called funds one after another indicating something is not right. ICB/GOV is just not being able to control the situation!! This doesn't look good!!! Why are they such inconsistent?

মার্জিন আকাউণ্ট এ ৭৫% নাই।গড়ে ২৫% লস এ আছি।
বিওআকাউন্ট এ ৫০% নাই ,গড়ে কোন লস নাই।।

লস মেনে নিতে সমস্যা হচ্ছে না কিন্তু যে  সময় নষ্ট করেছি তা মেনে নিতে পারছি না।

The earlier we understand that Govt is playing with the fate of us, the better we can take decision.

Now, at this stage, I think we have to search for the exact bottom to enter again.

I find no other alternative but to quit at this situation. I remembered the past events in 1996. I have to wait long 3 years to recover my whole investment.
