How do you contact technical support?

Since I went VIP last month and stopped I have had many technical issues with the game need to contact them for support what is the email I can send it to?

Under the game applet just to the left of the "Forum" link you clicked to get here is a "Community" link. Click it and the community page will open. Near the top right of the page just to the right of the word "Message" you will see a drop down arrow. Click it and one of the selections offered is "Contact Developer". When you click it a window will open with a simple form for you to explain your issues and leave an e-mail address. They will get back to you relatively soon. Sometimes not as quick as you might like but not too bad in my opinion.

I'm am a VIP member.
On this date, I purchased two different orders of shrink pills. As I write this, neither order has arrived in my game. I have purchased them in the past with no problem.

Hello,

I've been playing AquaLife 3D for a long time now, and , last week, finally decided to enter one of my tanks in the Tank Decorating contest.  (I'm probably the last person in the world to do this!) .  10 diamonds was deducted from my tank yet my tank, according to my son and an alternate account he has, did NOT appear in the contest!  
I was out 10 diamonds with nothing to show for it.    

So this week, I decided to participate again, and once again, my tank is NOT appearing and 10 diamonds have left my account!  I've searched on my account, on my son's and on two alternate accounts from family members, and the tank has NOT appeared in any of the searches!  

So that's 20 diamonds that I am short with nothing to show for it.  Please credit my account for these diamonds.  I like gifting neighbors diamonds and hate the fact that I've lost 20 of 'em for nothing.

I just purchased a second tank for 50k gold.  The game took my gold but did not give me my second tank.  I'd either like the tank I purchased or for the 50k gold back on my account.  Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular player (obviously) and have been for quite some time now. Yesterday i encountered a problem to do with gateway 504 i think it said and as a result couldn't load my game. I've just come back to it and it loaded perfectly. Unfortunately through to no fault of my own (i don't think) all mt 4 tanks needed cleaning and all my fish are ill. At a rough estimate if all fish in every tank are suffering the same fate it will cost me around 200 000 coins to get them fit again. As it wasn't my fault i was hoping that something could be done to help.
