To keep OtakuZone(OZ) group forum a friendly, please follow the forum rules. If you have any questions, please contact a member of staff.
1) No spamming:
•Posts must be relevant to topic and contribute to discussion. Spam will only be tolerated in approved spam threads, not in regular threads.
•This includes, but is not limited to, one-word posts, posts in languages other than English (see rule 6), and posts in “chat speak”.
• Posting responses like "^this" or "what that user said" are also counted as spam and you will be warned along with that post deleted if you are found doing so.
2) No double posting/duplicate threads:
•Here it means do not make the same post in one thread. Such duplicate threads and posts will be deleted.
3) Language:
• OtakuZone(OZ)group is an English language site , so please use correct English grammar and spelling in the forum.
• If you wish to use another language in the forum, please create a chat thread for that language with the thread title in English, i.e. “Japanese Chat Thread”, “Spanish Chat Thread”, etc.
5) Signatures:
• All the forum rules are also applicable to signatures. Please be considerate; having large signatures means that it takes a long time to scroll down a thread.
• Signatures should be no more than 300 pixels in height and 600 pixels in width, including images and text. Please click here to see an example.
• No sound or profanity may be found in your signature. This is becuase sound in a signature is an annoyance to those listening to their own music and profanity is not allowed period throughout the whole site.
6) Quoting:
• Only quote what you need to - excessive quoting only serves to make lengthy posts, which means a lot of scrolling.
7) Stick To The Topic:
• Your posts must actually contribute to the topic and must be relevant to the conversation at hand. If not, they will be considered as spam.
• Posts like 'No Comment' are considered as spam.
8) Reporting:
• If you notice a thread or post that breaks the site or forum rules, please do not post simply to correct them, that is considered as spam. Report that thread or post to a moderator, or through the reporting system immediately.
• If ever you feel that a forum moderator is abusing their power, please report it to Rajesh Biswas.
