• As stated, Items in pre-order albums are not yet readily available. We’ll be collating orders for a week and send them to the supplier when the batch closes.

• If you're 100% sure in buying the items, fill up the order form. By filling up the order form, i assumed you understand the terms and conditions.
• No Cancelling of orders once the order has been submitted to the supplier. If you're not interested anymore with the items you ordered PLEASE do inform me ASAP.I will cancel your order only if your order has not been submitted.
• We estimate the stock will reach to yours around 7-10 days once you have submit your purchase order.

OUT OF STOCKS:
We will only be notified of the items available once we placed our orders to our supplier. So we always tell you to have an alternative order

1. FOR PRE-ORDERS and On Hand Ready Stock,100% of the total amount is required before we place your order along with the shipping fee.
2. No downpayment no processing of orders.
3. Downpayment can be deposited on or before the cut off.

• .Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer.
REFUNDS OF PAYMENT:
1.We will only refund your payment if your order is out of stock.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
1.No return, No exchange. As what stated above, it'll be a hassle both for the buyer and the seller if we shipped back your order to our supplier since we have to pay for shipping back and forth. And we always make sure that the items are in good condition before we ship them to you.
