TimeGate Studios has always benefited from a close relationship with its fans. Nevertheless, in order to maintain an environment in which everyone feels comfortable, the forum is governed by certain rules to which you must agree if you want to participate. Most importantly, any moderation decision made is final, and by participating in the forum you accept that moderators may remove any posted material and may ban members whose conduct is not conducive to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

By posting on these forums you agree to the following terms and conditions of
usage:

I will not post harassing, offensive, or illegal material to any boards at any time. I understand that such material includes, but is not limited to, false or defamatory statements; negative comments directed at a person's race, religion, ethnicity, country of origin, gender, or sexual orientation; obscene or profane statements or images; cruel or demeaning statements not related to an in-game victory; pornography or links to sites providing pornography; pirated software, or links to sites providing such software, or advice on how to obtain such software.

I will not provoke, or engage, in personal attacks of any kind in any forum other than the War Rooms. In the War Rooms, all such posts will relate to, and only to, in-game experiences, and will maintain a level of civility.

I recognize that while I am invited to post constructive criticisms of TimeGate's products, flames and bashing of TimeGate or its products is not permitted.

I will not post in all caps, or post repeatedly for the purpose of disruption.

I will not post commercial advertisements or advertisements for other games or other game sites.

I will not attempt to impersonate other posters or members of TimeGate Studios, the news media, or other companies.

I will post to the appropriate forum.

I acknowledge that my membership on the forum is revocable at the discretion of TimeGate Studios and that my posts may be removed or altered at the discretion of TimeGate Studios.

I acknowledge that by posting ideas or suggestions to these forums, I waive any rights to such ideas or suggestions I may have and that TimeGate Studios is under no obligation to compensate or credit me should any such ideas or suggestions be incorporated into present or future products.
