COMMUNICATION
All communications between users of ALPS Community Forums via message boards chat or any other means of communication supplied by ALPS Community Forums are public and not private communications. The opinions and viewpoints expressed by users of ALPS Community Forums are wholly their own and not necessarily those of ALPS Community Forums. ALPS Community Forums reserves the right to remove any messages or without notice. ALPS Community Forums also reserves the right to ban users for any reason without notification.
THE COMMUNICATIONS AREAS OF ALPS COMMUNITY FORUMS SHALL BE USED FOR LAWFULL PURPOSES ONLY. No advertising or promotion statements are permitted in ALPS Community Forums message boards. ALPS Community Forums reserves the right to remove any message with promotional or advertising statements or links to other sites in it. ALPS Community Forums is not responsible for the content of any site that is linked within ALPS Community Forums's message boards.
SPAM
ALPS Community Forums is not to be used to "spam" others. "Spam" includes identical and irrelevant submissions posted repeatedly on the same or multiple message boards, and often includes a misrepresentation of the source of what is posted. ALPS Community Forums may ban any user, at any time, without notice, for spamming or otherwise posting unwelcome messages on the message boards.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
ALPS Community Forums encourages users not to disclose personal information on ALPS Community Forums. ALPS Community Forums cannot be held responsible or liable for the use of any information that users provide within this public forum. ALPS Community Forums RECOMMENDS THAT USERS DO NOT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS POSTAL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, ETC.
