(7) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

Spamming
No "spamming", in the form of similar threads/posts in the same or different forums, unless approved by the SGCollect.com Administration, is allowed anywhere in this Website. The SGCollect.com Administration reserves the right to delete any of such threads/posts, and terminate the accounts of any offenders.
Advertising/Solicitation
No advertisment and/or solicitation for business are allowed anywhere in this Website without the prior permission of the SGCollect.com Administration. Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, the posting of addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and/or one's own Website address, if that site has a substantial commercial element to it. This includes the posting of releases/shipping lists received from individual shops, even within the News and Sightings forum. The SGCollect.com Administration reserves the right to delete any of such threads/posts, and terminate the accounts of any offenders.
Trading
All sales are to be conducted within the Wreck Gar's Junk Dump Corner (where only members with a minimum of 150 posts will be allowed to start a thread), unless authorised by the SGCollect.com Administration. As SGCollect.com will not be liable or responsible for deals arising in external websites, direct links to other sites (e.g. sales thread on another website), with the exception of auctions, are not allowed in the Wreck-Gar's Junk Dump Corner. No sale by any business entity is allowed without the prior permission of the SGCollect.com Administration. And under no circumstance is selling on the behalf of another person or business allowed. In addition, selling of any item that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party is not allowed. Examples are unofficial, pirated, and self-burned video games, PC software, VCDs and DVDs. The SGCollect.com Administration reserves the right to delete any of such threads/posts, and terminate the accounts of any offenders.
No pre-orders of any kind, unless approved by the SGCollect.com Administration, is allowed anywhere in this Website. A pre-order is defined as follows:
Pre-order
Definition: An order of items which is inclusive of the following criteria:
(1) The stock is not yet available in the general market (i.e. the seller does not have stock on hand).
(2) The stock is from an unknown source (e.g. seller's contact), of which the seller is not willing to divulge to the buyers.
(3) The condition of the stock is not confirmed (i.e. the seller does not guarantee the condition of the items nor allow the buyers to choose an acceptable condition).
(4) The seller does not guarantee the selling price during the pre-order.
(5) The seller does very frequent sales (e.g once in 2 weeks or once in 3 weeks etc.) in SGCollect.com forums.
(6) The quantity sold by the seller is more than 10 per itemized product.
(7) The seller is unable to specify the date of arrival of the stock.
Mass orders, based on the following definition, would still be allowed, but will be subject to approval:
Mass order
Definition: A group purchase of item(s) initiated by a member for the benefit of other members, resulting in savings on freight charges and/or decreased prices for all members as a result of the bulk purchase.
In addition, the following conditions must be met:
(1) The origin of purchase (e.g. BBTS, HLJ etc.) must be made known to the potential buyers who participate in the mass order. Mass orders involving pre-orders from other websites are acceptable, provided the buyer is willing to accept all the risks involved (e.g. full refunds) in the cancellation of orders.
(2) A limit of S$400 and/or a maximum of 10 items in the mass order, unless the buyer explicitly mentions that he/she will absorb the 5% GST charges that are levied for items above that price.
(3) The original purchase price, delivery charges, date of arrival, and monies saved from the purchase is to be made known to the buyers on the mass order thread.
(4) If the transaction is in foreign currency, the member initiating the mass order must fix his/her exchange rate to an amount agreeable to all the buyers.
(5) Buyers must be willing to accept the condition of the arrived goods without any complaint.
(6) Buyers must be allowed to cancel their order if the item does not arrive at the specified date. Any deposit that has been paid must then be refunded.
Violations
(1) If a member spams the forum with a pre-order thread knowing that the thread would be deleted, he/she would get a first warning.
(2) If the member does another spam, he/she would be warned again.
(3) If the same member spams a third time, he/she would be banned from the forum until further notice.
SGCollect.com will not be responsible for any loss/mishaps incurred through your trading activities (including sales and purchases) conducted within/through the website. By trading in SGCollect.com, you agree that you will accept all risks and take full responsibility for the result(s) of the trade/deal and SGCollect.com will not be liable under any circumstances.
If you encounter problems during any trading activity, including the buying or selling of merchandise, please settle it outside the domain and forums of the board. SGCollect.com gives you the option to contact its Committee and Moderators for their help to settle your case, on a case-by-case basis.
