Gave up and took a pain pill last night.... I suspect just being on my feet too much yesterday played a big part, so I plan on taking it pretty easy today....

Wish I could drive, cuz I would be gone this morning. And I'd leave my cell phone behind!

Enjoyed America Idol last night.... always have loved Carole King!

Still a little zoned out from the meds.... think I'll go take a nap!

I tried to make Morning...just got too busy!
Had to take the Rental Car back and got my car back...Yay!  So...let's not hit anymore ladder's on the Freeway!

It's suppose to be in the 80's here this weekend...but I have no plans...as of yet anyway.

yesterday was the day from HELL!!

today, much better!

out to breakfast (Ralph doesn't like to be home when the housekeeper comes)

shopping at Wally World (I was hoping for one of those rife-a-long carts but all the lazy people had them) so I hobbled around for a bit and then sat in the truck while Ralph finished

I had Ralph buy strawberries and whipped cream, blackberry ice cream, gin and tequila. I should be good for a few days while he shoots squirrels!

stopped by the hardware store.... he bought a new pellet stove. Ours is acting up and he is NO handyman!!!! It'll be installed this afternoon (yes, we still need heat at night!)

He told me he didn't want me to be cold while he was gone.... so I said.... oh, just without transportation??? He got this dumb look on his face.... like he hadn't even thought about that.... he hadn't.

men! sheeeeshhhhhh!

I plan on doing nothing while he's gone. Just resting this foot.  eating ice cream and drinking tequila.

and watching whatever I want on the TV.

Mornin' all!  Well it's FINALLY Spring here.., s'posed to be in the low 70's and sunshine, MAYBE I can start planting outdoors finally!    The bird feeders are all set up except the damn squirrels keep attacking them. lol

Tonight we're  going out to dinner and then to see a play my nephew produced called Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, it's at the play house here in Windsor.,  he's won tons of awards for it, and 4 of the actors have also won awards, and they are going for Canada wide now.

Morning!

Just after 5 and I'm already on my second cup of coffee....

I don't want to be an early riser anymore!

I've been up with Sam all night. She's struggling with her breathing. Ralph thinks it would  be harder on her to take her to the vet. If I could drive and lift her I would do it myself.

I reminded him last night that while we were sitting with his mom as she was dieing... labored brething... his words were " I wouldn't let my dog die like this".

Hello??????????????

oh well. praying he doesn't get another dog when Sam dies.....

ok, cup number 3.....

Lori, wish I could plant..... soon.... at least in Fallon..... Belmont we never plant before Mother's Day.... and even then it's iffy!!!! Enjoy your weather!

Good morning everyone!

Today I have to run to the Mall already and do an exchange and then get a couple of new outfits for an upcoming business trip.

Would you believe that after 5 jobs, 33 years later this is my FIRST business trip EVER??

I'm excited!

Yesterday we had our team event and I had a blast though I was grumbling all the  way in to work on a Saturday but it turned out to be good.  I posted a note about it on my page.

I'm exhausted and don't plan to clean this weekend at all.  But I do need to get going soon.
