and YES, I had a wonderful night last night dancing ... and tomorrow, we go again! and the smile is there... thank you!
today is MY day ... is it the 4th of the July? **fireworks ... independence day?** LOLOL ... I can share now everyone ...
Last Wednesday I officially filed for divorce ...!! After 9 long months of being separated and 9 long months of thinking things were going to work out differently (promises on another end that didn't happen that he would do things to end it) **ahem** ... I stepped out and did it because I need to move on with my life...
so ...that is what I've been eluding to ... so please keep me in your thoughts as I go through this process ... I didn't want to put anything out there until he was served which they are doing today ... it's still far from being over, BUT ... steps in the correct direction and finally an END!

So I've finally gathered my faculties. And it's Friday!
No boating planned for this weekend Barb ... I think that I haven't been "with it" all week because I've been reeling from last weekend's escapades.
Instead, I'm kind of excited because "Atlas Shrugged, Part 1" is going to open up this weekend (recommended for all). I may see that.
In any event, I hope everybody's weekend is full of R&R because remember ... on Monday ...
Is the Deadline for filing your taxes!

Actually Barbara, it wasn't a difficult decision, it was something I should have done months ago ... I just trusted someone to do something that isn't trustworthy any longer ... **duh** on my part. You are correct, the person I have beside me now is very supportive and I'm very blessed to have him. I've also been blessed and am very thankful to have had great advice and support from a great friend too from when this first began that I wouldn't trade. I wouldn't have made it to where I am now as well because of this ... doubly blessed. Enjoy that beautiful Grandson, they do make the worries and stress go away don't they?
I actually spoke a bit too soon ... they tried to serve him yesterday and the security guards wouldn't let the process server in, so they were going to try his home possibly last evening, I don't know if they did/didn't ?? So, waiting to know ... BUT ... I do know it's in motion and will happen ... YEA! Anytime now ...
Dance night tonight with my man ... **smile**

I know today is Palm Sunday so I'm sure many are at Church or about to head out for services.
Yesterday was such a icky day!
Heavy rains & winds making it a really raw day and nothing worth watching on TV.
Felt like the longest Saturday ever.....
Today's sort of overcast but I do need to head out later and take care of a couple of errands.
I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far.

It has been such a busy week or so at work that I havent even had the chance to check in.. (bad friend) So Im going to try to play a bit of catch up here today and tomorrow. Having a b-day party for my son today. He turned 17 on Wed. Its official..I am getting old.. Thankfully I dont feel old..Day off tomorrow, and no school for my son..no schoolwork due for me..means a relaxing day with the family tomorrow..Yaaayyy.. we can use that..
Jann..I really want to share my condolences with you.. I am so sorry for your loss... God be with him on his journey.. and with you as you deal with your grief.
Eveyone else..I will be catching up.. I miss knowing what is going on with everyone.. Hope you all have a super Sunday!! |

Just finished cleaning the house...always so much to do on the weekends and I never get it all done.
Off to the grocery store in a bit...gotta get our Ham for Easter Dinner.
Sara is sick this Morning...so may have to go with her to the doctor (if we can get an appt) I can't believe she still drags me along!

I am at the cabin (for tonight). No one in town.... they are all at my girlfriend's mom's funeral. I just didn't have it in me to go....
So instead I am enjoying the peace and quiet, revitalizing my soul.....
my comfiest pair of sweats, a bag of chips, and a bottle of merlot I picked up because I loved the label (it's called Brayzen Hussies)
Thank you everyone for thinking of us..... Danny was such a joy.... loved by all.... truly.... heaven is a better place....
Surgery scheduled on my foot for Friday. Lots to do this week to keep me busy!
