Nah, It sounded too much like another show trying to cash in on the paranormal craze. (I guess all of em are).

I'm not as "technical" as all of you are....but yes, I have had an experience that STILL kind of creeps me out! Ironically, I used to live in an old house (over 100 years old) but never had any paranormal experiences happen there. When I moved to my current home (built in 1959) -- I did have a couple of "sightings". The first one happened one night while I was watching TV (in my bed) -- I had all the lights off....and watched a movie and then the news. I shut off the TV (by the remote) and then laid down to go to sleep. I opened my eyes quickly to look at the clock to see what time it was...when I did...there was a form of a woman standing in front of where the clock was. I blinked once...and then again....and yet it stayed there. I wasn't scared at all...surprisingly and then just watched this form move away from the bed and towards the TV...and disappear. The second sighting I saw I had been sleeping....and woke up to see the same form standing by the side of the bed. Again, I wasn't scared at all...but just wondered WHY this form showed up. The second sighting was within two weeks of the first one. I woke up the next day and asked the neighbor (who had lived in the neighborhood since the houses were built) about what I had seen. She told me that the second owner of the house had lost the love of her life right after she moved in here and she had committed suicide in the room we used as our bedroom! I think that she wanted to see if we were her love returning to her. I haven't seen her since then....so must be she got the answer she needed. |

OFFLINE | that's very interesting. can't say i wouldn't be scared. there is a family member of my wife whose house is haunted by a little boy. it's so well known that any time people visit her, they tell the spirit not to follow them home (which it had done in the past).
one story that sticks with me, is that she was sitting on the couch reading one night, and in the reflection of the tv (which was off) she saw the little boy at the top of the stairs, yet she couldn't see him directly. she then saw him in the middle of the stairs, and then again at the bottom. she finally told him to stop that he was scaring her, and he went away. they've also had poltergeist activity, with candles and whatnots flying off of shelves. |

Wow see...that would scare me... stuff flying off of shelves. I know that I've gone into rooms where I've turned off the lights...and the lights are back on.....and yes...I know that I've turned them off! Not sure I would like having a little boy scaring me! |

That would have freaked me out. Lol!
I have a cousin who bought a "known" haunted house. Supposedly the sightings there are very much like what happened to you. |

OFFLINE | See, that little boy would freak me out too.
Can you imagine trying to be ..."intimate" with your spouse ...knowing that little boy could come and go as he pleased and was all the time watching? I couldn't function under those circumstances.
(Yeah...that'd be my excuse). Lol! |
