OFFLINE | What gears do you use during training?
Me: none
I do use chalk though; it's a necessity. Sometimes my palms can be sweaty as heck. |

OFFLINE | From my experience, I've worked well with the standard deluxe grippers. They have helped me most significantly with my grip strength from the 60-90kg range. They are a real good investment for the RM14 you pay. Be consistent with working them grippers and you'll see good gains for grip strength. |

OFFLINE | I got mine from Kettler. Got 3 types - get those deluxe ones, not those weak a*s ones lol.
You'll have a good time with them |

OFFLINE | A lifting belt(single prong) and a wrist wrap- only for max effort sets. I'm against wrist straps though as I feel it tends to reduce grip strength. |

OFFLINE | Belt, chalk and gloves. My belt's not really the proper one which is the same thickness throughout, but i'm a student, so i make do with what i have besides it was a birthday gift )
recently started using chalk. i chalk up and then wear my gloves over it because i can't take the pain when deadlifting i think i got too used to wearing gloves before |
