this is for the people who are having troubles loading your account after you got an error while on the dark tower map.

you will need two computers and a USB key (usb flash drive).

so, i tried everything to fix this application error. i realized my account worked on my other computer but not the one i use daily. so this is what i did:

i had DMO installed on my other computer so i used my USB key to transfer the DMO file that's in the c: drive on my other computer to my main computer. once that was done transfering to my main computer, i started up DMO. i didn't get the error and now i can play on my computer.

also to add onto that, i had DMO installed on my computer but i deleted the previous DMO folder and used the new one i put on my computer from the USB flash drive from the other computer.

this worked for me so i hope it can work for others too. if you have any questions you can just message me or post below.

another fix:

note: this one is only a fix if a quest caused you to crash. you also have to remember to close all DMO things before doing this solution.

you have to get rid of your quests. through some research with people who also have this problem, we noticed our game crashed doing this quest:

"digimon in darkness which cannot be restored."

however, we are not 100% sure but unchecking all the quests from the dark tower map will prevent it from crashing either way. how to do this if you can't log on? simple.

in your c: drive there is a joymax folder. browser through that folder until you get to: userdata/youraccount/server/yourcharacter

once you're in that folder, you will need to replace the AccountC.arf file with a new one that doesn't have any quests. you can do this by creating a new character and taking it's AccountC.arf file. this will uncheck all your quests and you should be able to log back on.

this also means that something installed is not alright maybe they too should erase folder when they attempt to reinstall

i've tried reinstalling the game and deleting the folder after i uninstalled it and that didn't work at all. the only solution i found is the one i posted.

if the computer you're transfering it from has the same error, it won't work. also make sure DMO is installed on BOTH computers so you can transfer the file from the computer without the issue to the computer with the issue.

here's also some other tips:

reinstall the game THEN delete the newly reinstalled file and replace it with the one from the USB key.

before doing my solution, move your character off the dark tower map and uncheck the quests from dark tower map.

it's not the matter about change computer or something like that...
it's a system function error... no matter where you play even with fresh install...
error happen when system checking quest that i take, and you know what, when we log in after loading map is system doing checking everything including quest, that's why i get error...
some of my friend can't take that quest but the other can, those player who can take quest they experience different error, that's why error happen in different case some when doing skullgreymon part, i get when doing bakemon part...

first kind of error they stuck but they can log back when they try again later or they try on other computer, this kind of error only temporary, it's happen when system error but not recorded yet *this what happen to you, that's why you can get back...

second kind of error happen to me and my friend, it's stuck and can get back, we try fresh install in around 5 computer, it's no use since that error is already record in system... *we need to fix quest function

i hope they can fix it soon, i can help if needed because i'm also a developer for some private server online game...

i tried understanding what you said, but your english isn't too good. however, i think i understand the quest part a bit? when i transfered the DMO folder from one computer to the other, the quests from dark tower map were unchecked and didn't show in the quest window.

so, i found out when i clicked the quest "digimon can't turn good" or something like that from the dark tower map to show up on my quest window, i ended up getting the error again. so idk what is up with that.

i also understand the last part you're saying a bit too. either way, my solution should work for at least SOME people. so, people can try this and see if it works. if it doesn't, then sorry i don't have a work around for it but i KNOW this one can work for some.

that's the quest. however, there's another quest that's a bit too long for the window and it still can be clicked. it's just THAT quest that it happens with. it just so happens that that was the quest i was doing when the game crashed. i'm not the only one who experienced the crash with that quest either.
