are you doing "digimon in darkness which cannot be restored" quest?
if you take that quest and it show on your quest windows, that's the cause of error...
you need to unchecked that quest, make the quest didn't show in your quest window...
i have same problem, but i can log in now after unchecked that quest

can you explain to me how you did this? i checked the dmo folder and couldn't find anything to do with the quests. do it step by step in a reply so i can add it to the original post. that way people can also try to uncheck the quest to see if that can also be a fix for their problem.

Quest setting part is in file AccountC.arf, you can find that at UserData/youraccount/server/yourcharacter

see the diffrent? there's a symbol in middle of it, if you have 3 quest it will have 3 symbol
i try to delete that symbol but it didn't work
so i try to replace it with another AccountC.arf that have no quest, and it's work, all quest will be unchecked
you can get another AccountC.arf from your other char or you can create a new char and take that AccountC.arf
replace it in your error character... and bingo all quest unchecked ^_^

this is just suggestion it might or it might not repair your problem but try to re-install OS or do repair (repair won't delete your files anyway) this usually last thing I would do if everything fails

well, sorry then. those are the only two methods i found. make sure you go over them and did them right. those methods have worked for several people, so sorry if it doesn't work for others. i guess they will have to just wait until the support team fixes the issue then.

for second methods you need to close all dmo game before replacing AccountC.arf file...
point to remember :
this methods need an AccountC.arf file without any quest appear in quest windows (

and this methods only to unchecked all quest in your quest windows... that's mean only for crash because of quest

I do admit its little extreme and not recommend for anyone to do it if they never done something like this before its common sense but addicted? chill? really most problems comes from some hidden problem in OS I tried to help don't want my help don't read this

it's REALLY extreme. having to reinstall everything on your computer, pictures, etc. just because of a game? that's ridiculous. if someone can't wait for a fix and go to THIS extreme to play, yeah they're addicted imo.

the only time you should do this to your computer is if something is wrong with it more then just you not being able to play a stupid online game. if it won't load, crashes, whatever. that makes sense to reformat it, not because of a game.

You don't need to reformat whole thing dummy I did say you could try do repair windows option that only refreshes OS, all files gonna be still there no reformat needed.

you said to repair or to reinstall the OS all over again. either way, both are extreme for a game. so if someone does that, they're addicted and can't wait a week for a simple fix from the support team. also calling me an addict doesn't make sense since well...i'm not. nt though~~
