Hello everyone,

I know that most of you have a lot to say about the launching of the Commercial Service. I'm compiling as much feedback as I could read here in the forums and on FB, and you can also post them here. I'll try my best to make sure that the team hears of this.

Please post all your feedback regarding the commercial service here. And please, don't spam. I've already taken note of that 3 things you want to see in the game that some of you spammed in the FB page, so no need to flood this topic with that.

I don't mind the time thingy much, I think the update on it is very helpful, especially when you are in town. Very useful.

I hope I can post it here as its feedback? Well there's a MudFrigimon in Western Area: East that says its a different digimon. I'm not sure if this was on purpose or...?

people want to be able to play when ever they want, for as long as they want. they don't want to have a penalty basically for enjoying the game. you also said there would be more maps and digimon, but where are they? people are waiting for someone to announce what's up with it. what digimon we can get, anything. people feel like they've been kept in the dark about a lot of things.

the events will keep people busy for now but some people still want to have new maps and get new digimon even with the events. they want to advance in the game and explore. a lot of people are leaving the game too because they feel like nothing was really changed in the game and are already bored with it. you added a lot of cool stuff, especially the silk items imo and the event is awesome but still, for every awesome thing that was added, there was a downfall.

Yeah, at the beggining I was a little concerned about the time limit, but found out it does not as affect as much! I played for a couple hours and barely "1 hour" had passed, so that is good for now.

The only concern I have is with the price of the vitamins! I can't even try the halloween quests because I will end up broke! before I would buy a hundred 345(one of the green energy drink) and it was acceptable... but now! around 48M just for those things! before the maintainence I had 111M approx, now I have 35M!!!!

Other than that, the game seems good, needs a new map in the near future though

oh, and another question people have is about the frigimon event. it has two items for the jack-o-laterns and people want to know if you have to get the amount of pumpkins for both of those before you can get the other ones?

Why not have adc some news digimons in the comercial release? this is one important moment in the game, the start of the game!
And the begin must be great and not like a normal day playing.

Now my feedback.
Limit level is really anoying.
We need new maps urgent! ^^
The new time restriction is really good will maintain a certain balance for a bunch of time but have people who don't like it and you have to listen.
And finally ADD AGUMON!!! lol just kiding

Edit: I saw just now they have increased the price of vitamins, MAN WHY THEY DONE THAT LOL.
Sometimes i think they do things like that just to see ours rage atacks and laugh of us.

You can always heal at a town. Won't take your time. Heal up and then go do the rest of the event and then repeat. Its what I'm doing.

For the commercial event for starter accounts who became level 10, how is it recorded? My sister and I just reached level 10 Tamer on the game and are wondering if we did the event too early...?

I mean I had to stop using my gabumon as often and instead level up my Gotsumon (lvl 12 right now ) but now is harder to get my beast data to get elecmon (3 broken eggs in a day   ) I have 2 more to see if I can get him... but we can't always do that, whenever the new maps come out we will need to be depending on those costly vitamins

I think if you made your account just after the maintenence and you are above lvl 10 by said day you'll get your stuff I think

Well whenever I run out of HP I go back to town or I sit and rest up and then start up again, but I get what you mean. They were pricey in the Korean game too when you get to the point where you have to have them, like after Garurumon point. I was spending like 5+ alone on drinks. xD

Yea, we made our accounts after maintenance and when the game finally turned on, around later than it opened though and then we partied up and became level 10 and stopped playing for the day.

I hope we didn't screw up our chances and started too early or too late...

Timer - Don't mind it, very few people will play 5 hours+ in a day.
Level cap - Could have used a 10 level boost as it only takes 3~5 days of grinding to hit 46 if you use a full party.
Open new areas - Should go with an upping of the level cap.
New merc drops - Could have used 3~5 new ones for the commercial release as this game main thing is catching and leveling digimon.
Vitamin price - Don't like it but it's a good money sink. If this was change was there anything else changed that we don't know about?

Ultimately the problem is the game hasn't really been updated all that much since pre-cbt other then the cash shop and that is an issue (Not the cash shop but the updating). The game is based around catching new Digimon and raising them to the max level, there isn't much to do in the game besides this and with no new Digimon since pre-cbt other then the aforementioned cash shop, people are getting bored and quickly running out of things to do in the game until new Digimon come that they can actually get and want. People look at KDMO and they know the content is there for EDMO, obviously you can't bring all of what KDMO has to EDMO at once but the fact you have brought little to nothing new new since you did the pre-cbt back in August(?) is a little "What are you doing over there exactly?"

THE EVENT NUMBER 5 IS BUGGED, ITS MISSING ALMOST ALL THE ITEM ON THE NPC FRIGIMON, GOD, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL THIS BEFORE YOU ANSWER US OR TAKE UP SOME ACTION?

Marco, didn't it say in the constant notice that you need to hand in the lanterns for the first two options to unlock the others? Have you tried doing that yet?



Anyway, based from what I have seen, my feedback is as follows: still takes forever to get a 4/5 egg if that (I gave up on getting a 4/5 gabumon after breaking over 50+ eggs, it shouldn't be that hard to hatch a 4/5 digimon, it took all my ingame money and I still did not get one through the regular hatching process). <- so these rates should be looked into I think.

Second, they lowered the drop rate for chips from what I can see, which is a very bad idea. It already costs a ton of data chips to hatch a digimon like gabumon, but after an hour of farming getting MAYBE 5-10 total chips? That is nowhere near enough.

Third, like many have mentioned, joymax needs to start releasing more drop-able mercenaries or else many people will end up quitting from boredom. It has been over a month since P-CBT and there are NO new dropable eggs since open beta. The only new available eggs are all from cash shop or event prizes.

These are some of my complaints, but there are many more that will probably be addressed by others in this topic.
