OFFLINE | From what I've seen she's as guilty as they come. I don't understand why the judge has allowed things to go as they've been, it seems like everyone involved are on trial as well. |

i think she's guilty as sin as well, but i don't think she'll get the death penalty because of the circumstantial nature of the prosecution's case. i also think her attorney has done a fairly good job at making everyone in her family look strange. i still can't believe that her mom lied about making those google searches. |

The mother was trying to protect her daughter. The defense attorney has done all he can to take the attention off the crime of this client and to muddle the case with irrelevant events (like the alleged affair of her father, which is completely unrelated). |

OFFLINE | It's pretty obvious she's guilty. Although this whole thing is so strange and has so many holes in it. I'd be surprised if she actually gets the death penalty. |

OFFLINE | Until I know how the child died for sure, I dont know whether the mom should get life or the death penalty. Was it murder, negligence or an accident? I dunno. |

OFFLINE | Either she's guilty or an extremely stupid ****. I think she over dosed with the chlorophorm to put her to sleep so she could go out at night and accidentally gave her too much. Then hid the body because she was afraid to get in trouble for neglect. Like I said, a dumb ****. |

but that doesn't explain the three pieces of tape over caylee's mouth and nose. unless she's so stupid that she did that to make sure caylee didn't make any noise, and didn't stop to think that tape over nose and mouth = suffocation. |

Not saying it was right. And because of it she'll likely see some jail time herself. |

OFFLINE | What a bunch of BS. The good news is she won't be able to walk outside without body guards. Everywhere she goes she'll see everyone's displeasure. |

OFFLINE | I was having trouble trying to find evidence that pointed directly at her. No DNA. No fingerprints. No eyewitnesses. They didnt even know how the little girl died!
Apparently the jury had the same trouble.
Yeah, she's a callous, selfish person. But that aint against the law. |

OFFLINE | Yeah they just explained that if you can't explain beyond a reasonable doubt that there was a murder done then there is no crime. The jury had trouble pointing all this crime evidence to Casey. No one knows for sure how the kid died and I don't think we ever will know. I do believe Casey is still holding back some important info. |
