Luciella you are doing your best but your team aren't doing anything. They only fix bugs in weekly inspection if you got a bug in thursday you will bugged for 1 week.

oh you mean like that emergency inspection we had when the xp event wasn't working or when people started getting stuck in dt. they have the emergency inspections when they screwed something up and they know how to fix it fast. Not when its necessary.

You got the 0 exp bug? They fixed it 1 week later
You got the DT bug? They fixed it 2 weeks later

My friend was rank 5 but got the 2 bugs and now he is rank 20+.
Why they dont close the server when 30% of player cant play because they got a bug? If you are 1 of that 30% you will be angry but you joymax will tell you: We are working.....

1.NO they do not mess things up on purpose although it kinda seems that way some time what with this game being out for 2 years and the fact that all the coding is basically done and all that. I was simply stating that the ESI come when they know what they messed up and are capable of fixing it in a quick in timely manner. theres no point in taking the server down if they dont know the problem and how to fix it.

2.The fact that you think his reference to 30% had anything to do with there being a majority of players with the problem is laughable. And the fact that you think its ok that 30% of a player base is unable to play is not laughable it is sad. 1-2% is not ok. 1-2 PEOPLE is not ok.

I hope that when the next game breaking bug rolls around that you are the first one hit with it and that its at the beginning of an awesome event with like free mercs everyday or something like that so that you understand what many other players are going through.

I do agree with the devs being a little too slow on the fixes, and I do get impatient about these things too. Unfortunately, the only thing I could do is bug them until they produce something. I guess I haven't bugged them enough.

I'm not crying about anything. Its called constructive criticism. I am voicing my complaint ,as we all should so that they can improve the game and their guest relations practices.  I am also sympathizing with those that have had issues. Not calling them names for no reason.
