OFFLINE | Of course... they won't bother canceling or even making the 300% the whole day. Like I said in the other thread, I don't see the logic behind this nonsense of 2 hours at a random time/the time a lot of us can be sleeping/working/in school/etc.
To add on, if they want to decrease the amount of complains, then why make it tougher on themselves by doing this type of thing? Why not just the whole day or no exp event at all? It's a global game. Global=different times.
That's coming from me who will most likely not even miss the event since I'm free this weekend. (Friday and Saturday since it's going server time) |

Then get a low level and level it. |

OFFLINE | Aw, maybe I should wipe my tears. Would someone happen to have a tissue to wipe my tears away?
I just noticed it's at 11am-1PM EST. lol I can make it. I guess half of those out there won't make it due to school or something. It just doesn't seem right for only part of the players to benefit from this. |

OFFLINE | Would you rather this, or 24 hours for the top Tamers to get even more ahead of us all? It's not like you have a set time limit to level up your Digimon. The only thing you could be worried about is falling behind in the rankings. So is 24 hours better or 2 hours? Because if it was the former then the top Tamers would have a very long time to get an advantage over you, who has a life. |
................ Tamer:
Zach (Level 52)
Digimon:
Jabura (Level 53, Gaomon, Starter)
Shanks (Level 75, Keramon, 5/5 125%)
MunkyDDragon (Level 42, Dracomon [Blue], 4/5 111%)
BoaHancokk (Level 46, Salamon, 5/5 125%)
And others...

OFFLINE | Well when we were expecting 96 hrs and got 8 hrs and for me the time of play is 10am-noon which is when I work I'm a little pissed.
Yes 24 hours is better than 2 hrs to 99% of players. The only people who care about the top players getting more time is the few people who want to be a top player and are just outside of the ranking.
I could care less about how far ahead of me Jadiel and the like are. I play for fun and want to level my digi as do almost everyone else who plays this game.
In other words yes the 2 hours is pretty much a joke and I would much rather have 24 |

Well said.
Although I don't care much about the ranking, you make a good point. |

OFFLINE | Think of it like this, they didn't have to give us anything as compensation, but they did. |

OFFLINE | compensation? Do the full event, if not, just don't give us this fake "compensation".
And wtf there people who get happy with anything Joymax does.
If Joymax shot **** on their face, offcourse they will like it. |

Quite true sir they didn't have to give us anything. They never HAVE to do anything for us. They can just keep the game exactly like it is right now and never release anything else for it ever again. No more digimon releases, no more level raises, no more maps, no more bug fixes. The people stuck in Dark Tower can just stay there forever. Sorry guys. And that would be okay with you I'm sure but for those companies out there that want to be liked and respected by the gaming community they keep to their word and when they can't they make up for it by doing something just as good if not better.
Example of proper customer respect and appreciation: I work at a movie theater. This past weekend one of our projectors broke and we were unable to show a movie. Every person that came to see that particular movie and was unable to we gave them a free movie pass. Now no matter what price they would have paid for the movie they all got a free pass so if they would have paid 5$ they got a pass good for up to 13$. See how that works with the just as good or better thing. Now even though they were disappointed they didn't get to see the movie they all walked out happy that they got something in return just as good.
So yes they didn't have to do anything for us and basically they didn't. They limited the time to 12-2 JMT which means like 80% of us wont get anything out of it due to other preoccupations where as a 24 time span almost everyone can find a few hours to get on and play. Someone else on here said they could have given us a 300% xp booster thats good for 2hrs so atleast everyone could get something out of it except a select few. That would have been a much better way of handling the situation. If we weren't going to get the full time span to boost at least they could have given us SOME guaranteed time. |
