Obvious comment, but we're getting this money reimbursed. So would it make more sense to go with an operator that charged the least for changing the return date, as we may not get that back? Anyway should we set a date to which anyone who wants to travel together should tell the group by, so we can get any discount on group bookings. Maybe have a London group and a Manc group
