Taipei city in Taiwan, especially Ximending _Japanese Manga, Anime.
I usually check this site.

SHould have enough places. The last time i went, didnt' see much of what I was looking for but lots of manga / anime stuff...interestingly their market is large enough for them to license Japanese item at a fraction of Japan market prices. |
