OFFLINE | HI Sharon and Billy What i did was to report it, directly to them using the form, to get in touch with them, the question i asked was for them to investigate the amount of my chip balance of today, compared with the original amount when you chip balance was at its normal level, it was then passed to the Hacking Investigation Team, for verification as they agreed there was chips missing, might i just add i did it on the same day of the reduction, and i was informed that it was at the discretion of the Hacking Investigation Team if i would get my chips back, i also informed them of recent Hacking incidents that had happened to my list of friends, but im happy to say i got the chips back, i hope they can help you, but if you have more information i e dates times the hacking took place it may come in useful to them, so write it in your complaints letter, or use the contact us form they asked me also to follow these steps and here they are
Step 1 clear cache
step 2 change facebook password,
remove Java script
and reinstall a new version, you will then be notified by the Investigation team by email as what the outcome will be, and relevant action will be taken the same day as you receive the email, when the email arrives you will be asked to clear all browsing history in google chrome firefox or internet explorer right away, then they ask you to change your password often. Im sorry this is such a long reply but if i can help you in any way you know that i would, so do it today and see what the outcome will be, there is no harm in trying.
