I bought chips on the Zynga Poker game. I entered the Hi-lo "insentive" Zynga offered. I won 72 million chips. I was estatic! I logged out - had to send an e-mail or something like that. When I got back there was another hi-lo which I played - I did not win any on that. Then I logged out again. When I logged into Zynga Poker again the 72 million I won on the first "hi-lo" was gone. I immediately let Zynga know about this ( Incident no. 111221-11831812). After days and weeks of promises that they are looking into this problem, and that other users was affected with the same problem, they today let me know:

"My name is Jose and I'll be handling your case today. I was checking your account, but unfortunately, we are unable to verify your request and therefore cannot restore the chips."

So therefore, I did ask them to look at it again, but it seems that Zynga are so money driven, they will not admit a problem and refund it... It is my opinion that Zynga only want you to spend money - and milk the player dry.

Zynga.... Do I tell a lie here? I still want you to rectify the chips, please and thank you.

All other players that has been affected due to this kind of action, please stand up!  There is no fun in playing a game where someone else can "steal" your earnings, it actually sucks.
